[unresolved] BUG? Systematic Theologies dataset

Now that I've identified that "Nondenominationa;" in this context is the endonym for the exonym "evangelical (American style)", I went to see where Jack Cottrell, the Restorationist was classified. Now I can't find him anywhere. The Restorationist movement is the only outstanding issue I feel strongly about.

Regarding the Nondenominational category, a number of conversations were had about specific resources that did not ultimately belong under other denominations. One such instance was Lewis Sperry Chafer, whose church was both Independent and Non-denominational. We've opted for Non-denominational.

Regarding Jack Cottrell, the data currently has him labelled as Churches of Christ. This designation, for the foreseeable further is mapped to the "Other" category. If more resources are added to the list of systematic theologies which necessitates that we revise this mapping, then we will re-evaluate.

I hope that helps to explain some of the new classifications.

I still wish that Logos would begin to follow up on its commitment to recognize the Restoration movement which includes the Churches of Christ. I say that based on the philosophical basis of their theology as well as the size of the movement. However, treating Cottrell as "Other" is better than "Non-denominational" which is how most Churches of Christ self-identify.

I'm merely curious, no vested interest. Though I was baptized in a church that favored the term undenominational.

Because it appears from the forums that "non-denominational" is popularly associated with DTS thread of theology which is of a rather different lineage than the Stone-Campbell thread.
