Logos crashes every time I try to start it. I tried to open it using CTRL+open and attaching the Logos Log Files.zip file, but there isn`t even a Logos Log Files folder. What should I do?

Some questions:
A crash on startup without creating a log file is often caused by interference from third-party software. The easiest way to resolve this will be to call Tech Support, who will be able to identify the program (there are quite a few and I don't have an exhaustive list).
The most common one is probably Lavasoft Ad-Aware Web Companion; uninstalling it should stop the crash.
