I recently purchased the Steve Green Midi Hymnal. I have not received the boxed prioduct yet and was surprised that when I complted my purchase online L4 did not automatically download the new resource. When I receive the boxed product, how do I install into L4? I thought with L4 everything had to be done via the server.

The Midi Hymnal is apparently still only a Libronix product. That means that it has to be installed via Libronix first, licenses synchronized and then L4 will know it can download it for you.

I'm not sure, if this will help, but you could check out the following URL and see if there's a way to unlock it via a script, or bring it directly into L4. Just look for the recent purchase and click on the order number. That will bring you to a page with some options. If there's anything available for unlocking the resource over the internet it would be there. Here's the URL:

It's also possible that you could get this unlocked by calling Logos tech support and asking them for an unlock over the phone.

If neither of the above work for this resource (it is a bit unique), then after installing and synchronizing, it may be necessary to have L4 scan the L3 resource folder to find it. I doubt that it will be necessary, but you never know.
