[ACK] BUG: L6.4 Beta 3 (and 6.3 stable) Saving Library as Collection or Bibliography broken

For me in 6.4 Beta 3:
When the library is opened in drop-down mode, the functionality to save a selection of resources as collection or as bibliography doesn't work - clicking there doesn't do anything.
In a tab or floating window, they will work as expected for me.
However, it seems that in the stable version, at least for some users, the functionality does not work at all.
Edit: See log attached:
- started L6 to a layout that had the library open in a tab (that's just the situation for the log, not for it to work - I did open the library to a tab or a floating window earlier in testing this and it worked for me)
- selected a couple of books like in above screenshot, clicked Save as Collection.
- the collection tool opened as tab
- I saved the collection as "xxx saved as coll from library xxx" (line 16319 in the log at 2015-06-06 19:38:24.7975)
- closed the library tab (collections tab stayed open)
- opened library as drop-out
- selected the same resources as above, clicked Save as Collection
- nothing happened

This should be fixed in 6.4 RC1.
