Springing for Cloud Premium Questions

I've just given Logos Cloud a thorough tour. So far, I love what I see, even being on L6 Platinum. Not only would I be getting some resources I really need and was going to purchase outright, I'd also be getting some resources I've been wanting thrown in.

I do have a few questions though:

1. Phil mentioned something about Logos Cloud Premium having all the features of Logos Now. If I go for Logos Cloud Premium, do I need to go ahead and cancel Logos Now?

2. Will month-to-month be the only tier offered, or will you offer other tiers (3, 6 month, annually)?

3. Will Logos Cloud Premium include access to the complete EEC? I see it has some in there now. I'm wondering if it'll contain access to the complete EEC. That would be extremely appealing to me.

4. How would I go about canceling Logos Now and switching to Cloud Premium when the time comes? Could my sales rep handle it?

I may need to also pay off my L6 Platinum package early to spring for this. :-) And please DO NOT offer the $100/year tier free to me anytime soon. I'm already way too tempted on the Premium tier as it is. :-)

    Pretty sure I seen some prices on the annual option, seems like it cut out 2 months of payments, believe premium was about $500 instead of the $600 if paid monthly.

    If you could use the 15 or 30% discount, that would be great. Pretty sure Im going to do the premium also. Just waiting for them to list the resources for all the levels so I can compare. They will most likely be adding many more resources over the next few months as more publishers sign on.

    2. $19.99/mo. or $199.99/yr
    3. $49.99/mo. or $499.99/yr 
    4. $99.99/mo. or $999.99/yr

    When you pay monthly, you will start the first 30 days free.

    When you pay annually, you don't get technically get "the first month free" (because we charge you up front) but it's the equivalent of getting two months free every year.

    I can't answer authoritatively, but I think it's highly likely that they'd all be included for a couple reason: 1) It's their own product, and 2) all the ones that are available (according to the product page) are included right now.
