It is my understanding that in the KJV (text) the surface text for the יְהוָ֧ה is always LORD capitalized, but I find that in the LOGOS electronic version of KJV Lord lower case is used. Does anyone know of a reason for this?
Are there specific verses you have in mind? You should find Lord in the Old Testament when the word אדוֹן is used (see Gen 15:2, 8; 18:3, 12, 27, etc.) but LORD when יהוה is used (see Gen 12:7, 8, 17; 13:4, etc.).
All lower case - everywhere.
I did notice however that when I use the Clause participants section in the Bible Word Study Tool, they are Capitalized just not in my KJV Bible. I knew where they should be, but they just well... aren't?
If you have the "Bible text only" visual filter turned on with the "Bible text formatting" visual filter turned off, then LORD will be normal-cased.
That did it, you guys are cool. Thanks so much Grace and Peace be upon you and your families.
