Is is possible to put my collections in a different order? They seem to be stuck in the order I created them.
Within Tools >> Collections you can sort
You can sort collections within a Guide by editing the guide template of a custom guide e.g. My Passage Guide
Have I missed anything?

Assuming this comes from the Cited By tool, you can drag the collections to change their order (click on the little down arrow above the reference box to see the menu).
yes, cited by tool. OK, I worked out the order. Now I have another question. What are all these things... Apocrypha and Psy... I am pretty sure I didn't create this collection. Can I delete it?
They are the automatic collections based on series.

no they can't be deleted. They are "virtual" not real collections.
This is one of my few issues with a great tool. I wish we could hide some of these unwanted, auto-generated collections. They can remain unchecked which is an important plus. I have created a lot of Collections for my use - when auto-generated collections are added to my list ... it's a bit much.
FYI, you can check - uncheck / order - reorder collections in Cited By as you wish and if you save the Layout, I believe the order and arrangement of the collections are saved with that Layout.

This explains why the order i spent an hour or two setting up went away--I reset to a different layout not realizing this order would go away.
