[ACK] CRASH (Mac)

Good day.

Whenever attempting to open Logos, the program opens for a few seconds then crashes. The screen that pops up is just the grey Logos home screen. I have re-installed Logos twice, as per instructions, yet the problem still persists.

Help required.

For clarification: which instructions? In these type of cases, a reinstall is pointless unless it is a FULL reinstall... which is often overkill (depending upon the size of your library, etc.)

Looking at your logs, there is a warning: 

"06/10/2015 11:14:51 | FATAL | 1 | OurAppController | System.ArgumentException: The requested value 'DownloadUpdates' was not found."

I <think> you have a corrupted .db file and feel ok to advise you to delete the following file:

Users/Phetain/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/t280i7q6.aue/DownloadManager/DownloadManager.db

This is a problem with an invalid shortcut. I'm investigating how you can get around the problem.

We have fixed this issue on our end. In order to launch again you may need to delete the following file and then restart the application:

Users/Phetain/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/t280i7q6.aue/ShortcutsManager/shortcuts.db

We will also be including a fix for the application in an upcoming release.
