Bug: Media Browser Missing from Logos 6.3 SR2

Hi,
It appears to be a Logos for Mac only issue. I upgraded my Logos for Windows version, Media Browser is still there.

There must be more to the problem than that - I have Mac on 6.3 SR-2, Logos Now, and I have the Media Browser showing up fine?

Try restarting your app and/or computer

Hi,
Attached are the Logs, I found "LogosMediaBrowser" entries in cef.log, but, don't understand what was wrong.

Strange. As a workaround does typing the command "Show Media Browser" (or "logosmediabrowser") in the command box show the browser?

Randy,
Thanks for the suggestion, I tried, does not work, you can see that it is not recognized as a command.

Ok. Seems likely more of a license issue than a resource issue. Hopefully, Faithlife will respond soon. But one other shot in the dark might be to use the command "delete unlicensed resources" (scratch that at that was just intro'd in 6.4 beta) followed by "update resources" to see if that cleans up and kicks anything loose.

Hi,
There was some download that happened when I purchase some resources. I just checked, the Tools-> Media Browser some how reappeared.
Edit: I investigated my Logos Now subscription ... I speculate that it could be a coincident.
My Monthly subscription ends on 9th June 2015 ... crossover to my annual subscription that I paid on 21st May 2015. I was assured that Licensing would only start after the end on the monthly subscription. There may be a small time gap between the crossing of monthly to annual subscription ... considering that I am at GMT +8 ... and the timing when I downloaded 6.3 SR2, the coincident is possible.

Any chance you were unable to connect to the internet? Media Browser is an internet only feature I think.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Your screenshot showed access to Concordance - which is another Logos Now feature - so unlikely to be a general licensing issue.

MJ,
It may be possible I was using my iPhone6 hotspot via LTE at the point I was downloading 6.3 SR2, but, not very likely.
