While I feel like better, more robust, document management has been a need for quite some time, resource specific highlighting will greatly accentuate this need. As we start using this approach, our number of notes files will/could suddenly explode. Even with only the notes section expanded, I already have a list that's too long to scan easily. We need a redesigned (better) management system!
