I have observed that while playing videos from various Mobile Ed
courses, the Logos 6 software sometimes crashes. For example, when I
was trying to play and shuffle videos in Mobile Ed course ED121
Introducing Evangelism using back and forth arrow keys provided at the
bottom, Logos 6 was found to be crashing often. Sometimes, the videos in a course are shown as not available
online for display.
I have further observed Logos 6 crash at clacking on a specific video of Mobile Ed ED121
Introducing Evangelism called "Examining Jesus' teaching on Hell".
This video is firstly shown to be unavailable. When I try to close
video or switch to another video or play and shuffle videos using back
and forth arrow keys provided at the
bottom or even do any other activity in Logos, Logos 6 was found to be
always crashing. I think there is some problem in loading of the video
due to even when user switches to another video/activity, Logos is
crashing.
I emailed the problem to logos technical team too but no breakthrough yet. They stated that the problem persists with some Mobile Ed videos and Logos is working on it. Pl look into it and resolve the issue urgently.
