Beware Shopping Cart Gremlins

I just added a free book to my cart with Quick Buy. When the page switched to the cart, there were about a half-dozen resources listed, several of which I already own, to the tune of over a thousand dollars. I was able to remove them before 'buying' the freebie.

Pay attention, folks.

I agree, and would expect so.

However, if this happened to me, it might happen to someone else who didn't catch it before pushing the button, and having it documented might help them with some credibility. Hopefully it was a one-time glitch in a computer somewhere.

This problem has been seen by others too.

I agree that someone who does not closely read his shopping list or credit card statements might unwittingly lose hundreds of dollars.
