Don't know when things shifted, but I remember if you hovered the mouse over a Tag [like App. Clause] sometimes the little pop-up window would get stuck for a while before it disappeared. Now, it disappears too quickly - before you can read it.
There may be a work around that I can't figure out yet, but I would like to suggest that if you hover the mouse over something, it displays until you move the mouse away and then quickly goes away.
