Haha this comment cracked me up. Your confidential source did his math wrong (what can I say, I studied English and Greek, not math...). It looks like 15 people were needed to bring it down to $18 (it's now 13 people, since the time I did maths earlier today) , but actually more like 50-60ish people to bring it down to $16.
I believe in you. $18 is within reach!
