Bellingham being as small as it is left me wondering if the news of students killed by a driver had any direct ties to Faithlife workers? http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/students-grieve-2-classmates-killed-during-gym-class-walk/ar-BBkWXZA?li=BBieTUX&ocid=iehp
Very sad for all involved.
How sad. A prayer goes out to the friends and family of the victims.

The community of Ferndale, where this took place, is several miles north of Bellingham. It's a much smaller town than Bellingham. There are some folks from our church who live there (our church is a few miles south of Bellingham). I'm not aware of any Faithlife employees who have ties there, but I'd be surprised if there weren't any, as these communities aren't that far apart.
I live in Ferndale and went to the Windward High School graduation the day before this happened, in celebration of one of the youth group students that I had been discipling. I don't personally know the students killed or injured, but many of the youth students who I minister to knew them. Windward is a very small school and is described as a very tight knit family. Very sad
