Logos stops working when using Media Browser
Anyone else have the ongoing problem of their Logos shutting down when using Media Browser? It doesn't happen every time but I'd estimate nearly 50% of the time when I am trying to use the Media Browser I get the exciting message that Logos has stopped working then shuts down. Kind of frustrating after getting deep into study and losing all my places.

I don't see this - it seems pretty reliable to me.
Are you running on Windows or Mac?
Suggest you enable diagnostic logging - https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging - and post logs after the next crash.

[:|]I'm a pastor, not a tech guy, none of that made sense to me. I am on Windows, fairly new Lenovo laptop with Intel Core i7. All I know is that it crashes quite often when I try to use the Media Browser.

Sorry - but we do need logs to try and work out why it is crashing.
As you are running on Windows do the instructions at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem help?
As the crash is intermittent you will need to enable "permanent" logging - this is done in step 4 in that article.
Then after a crash - and before restarting Logos - zip up the log files (as per step 2) and then upload them to a reply in this thread using the paperclip icon
Hope this is a little more understandable.

Those are the files - but there is no indication of a crash
Was this actually after a crash when in the media browser?

That was the zip I created just a little bit ago per the article instructions. I've also now enabled the permanent logging. It hasn't crashed in a couple of days because I haven't used the MB in a few days except once this morning. Now that I know how to do the log files the next time it does crash I can send the log.
