I stayed up all night on May 18, 2015 to get a opportunity to win the Platinum addition, only to find out that the that the treasure hunt program wouldn't let me advance thru the clue's. I tried Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome with no luck. I called Faithlife (Logos) and talked to two individuals and they had no clue why this was happening to several Faithlife (Logos) members. One of the representative's even said someone probably already won.
Faithlife doing these giveaways is a great thing, but they need to make sure programs work before they role them out. Gave me a little hope to be able to get the Platinum Packages, only to get my hopes dashed.
