How to get to this menu ...?

With Scrolling View turned off, I can get to the menu in the image below with a one-finger upward scroll, but I don't know how to get to it when I have Scrolling View turned on - does anyone know how?

I don't know either. I think Kevin may have said at one time, but if so, I forgot where.

Go figure it would be something insanely simple - I'd tried just about everything, except, of course, the 'share' icon [:D]
