Still Cannot Log In

Logs are attached.

I am unable to log in under my logos account. The program crashes every time.

I am able to do so on a laptop (with worse specs).

I am able to log in under a false name, and Logos rejects it. I actually get further that way. I can then "work offline" but have not been able to get to indexing. I see the newspaper homepage, but of course it does not get updated.

I have V3 on the machine, and cannot see any resources in My Library.

Disclaimer: I am in the DVD group. This is not on my eventual test machine.

Sorry - should have included that.

Windows XP w/ Service Pack 3.

Hi Pastor Bush, Thanks for the logs. Are you an Admin or a User on this machine? We discovered the problem but it is very uncommon and little is known about why it's causing this exception. We'll keep trying to figure this out. Do you have IE7 or higher?

Hi George -

I am running IE8. I am the admin and we have no user accounts set up on that machine. The strange part to me is that I know the login is getting to Logos because of the rejection of a phony login.

My DVD arrived today. I will find out how it goes with that. It will be on my real test machine. But I am willing to continue to help with this other problem on the other machine if you want me to.
