Second non internet computer

I have Logos 6 installed on 2 computers. The second computer is situated where internet connection is minimal.

"Minimal" means I hook up the second computer to my iPhone, with a slowwwww 500M per month data allowance.

1. How can I transfer updated resources to the second computer? I have tried transferring them via a thumb drive, using the "Scan" command, but the second computer doesn't seem to find anything.

2. How can I transfer new resources to the second computer? I am hoping there is a way to transfer the new resources via a thumb drive and then download/update just the new license information.

In other words what I want to avoid doing is re-downloading the resources onto the second computer.

Put all resources on the thumb drive and ensure the second computer is online to get licence data. Also ensure the Auto Download setting is NO, as this will prevent resources/software from downloading whilst scanning the drive.
