[resolved] Verbum crashes when loading the Home page

When I start for the program I get a message that in error has occurred and the program will close.
I went through the process of starting Verbum with the control key pressed and it started perfectly.
I then use the layout menu to start my daily reading. This worked fine.
When I pressed the home button to go to the home screen Verbum crashed after playing then opening music cord. cef log and Verbum log attached

Welcome Carl! Sorry you are having troubles. [:s]

You will need to enable logging and grab the logs AFTER the crash but BEFORE you restart. The logs you provided do not indicate a crash. Also, there may be other logs the techies will want to see. Look at my signature line for instructions.

The computer does not crash only Verbum crashes when loading the homepage.
Thank you for the link to the instructions. I was using them to do my original post.
I downloaded the start logging and stop logging scripts. I ran the enable logging script before I tried to start Verbum again.
It still wouldn't load.

It is crashing when generating tiles. The Windows Event Viewer may be able to provide more information.

The instruction was good. It could be improved by indicating for Windows 8.1 that the event viewer is in the administrative icon group.

Lavasoft Ad-Aware Web Companion installs a module that is incompatible with Logos 6 (and crashes it). The solution is to uninstall Web Companion.

I deleted Web Companion and Verbum is now working perfectly!
