Missing items from order history

There are two resources in my open pre-pubs that have been shipped and are in my library but are still in my open pre-pub list and have not been added to my order history.  I use that list to sort through my volumes.  Why do some update properly and others seem to get lost?

What are the prepubs and what base packages do you have?

Some prepubs includes in base packages were shipped before the prepubs themselves which could explain what you are seeing.
