Send to Kindle problem

I have set-up 'send to kindle' and successfully sent a book to my Kindle.
In the last update a new book (Love is the Key) was added to my library. But there is no 'Send to KIndle' option available for this book, but there is for other books I have randomly selected in my library. Is there a reason for this one book not showing the 'send to kindle' option in the info page or if accessing from Library list?
Is it anything to do that it is the first book to be downloaded since I set up the 'send to kindle' options?

If you are concerned that this may have to do with the timing of the download (I tend to think probably not but don't know for a fact), you can check your theory by 1) hiding the book (in settings/hidden resources) 2) restart Logos 3) unhide the book and 4) type update resources and enter in the command box to redownload it 5) check if Send to Kindle now appears.

I am confused: Have you sent other books to your kindle using "send to kindle"?
For clarification: not all books are "send to kindle" enabled. The primary reasons for resource not being "send to kindle" enabled:
- Licensing agreement (publisher won't allow it)
- Resource too large (amazon has a size limit for this free service)
- the resource hasn't been converted yet for the "send to kindle" service. (Your computer doesn't do the converting, FL does).
If the book hasn't been converted, hopefully it will soon, or a FL employee will see this and make sure it gets done. Other reasons "send to kindle" can seem to be not working: poor network connection, lack of internet. Fix: Restart Logos and/or computer, make sure to be connected to good internet.
