Best way to get Bible refs in outside text to hot link in Logos?

I have a couple of paragraphs of text in a book I'm reading that contain lots and lots of Bible references.  I'd like to be able to look these up with the ease of a mouse hover.  Is there a good way to get just a couple of paragraphs of text inside of Logos with the Bible refs hot linked?

I have so little experience with the PBB that it counts as none, but I suspect it could help me with this little project.

But I also suspect that, for just a couple of paragraphs, the best thing for me to do is just type the whole thing into a Logos note and hyperlink the Bible refs from there.

Power users, any suggestions?

A PB would be an option. If you want to go that route simply copy and paste the information into a word document (.docx) and build the PB. Here is a link to the wiki page for personal books https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books

Another option would be a passage list. If you do not need the text of the paragraphs and simply need the scriptures you can select the entire text containing the scripture references, copy it to the clipboard, open a new passage list, and select add from clipboard. All of the verse/passage references should appear.

A third option would be to copy and paste the paragraphs into a note file.

Keep in mind all of these are contingent upon the scripture references being formatted in a way that Logos recognizes them.

Thanks for jumping in to help!

I wasn't clear enough, though -- the paragraphs I'm working with are in a paper book.  [:O]

I ended up typing the text into a note, found that I had to manually link the references that were things like just "vv. 7-8".  Would there have been an easier way to get Logos to recognize that these were Bible refs, short of typing out the book & chapter for each one?

You could use a milestone or data type tag. Information on both is in the wiki link. The easiest way for what you're doing is probably just to change the reference in the paragraph to a verse reference logos recognizes (e.g. Vs. 3-4 to John 1:3-4 or Jn 1:3-4)
