A resource is missing in my desktop list but not on my phone

I had the 1 - 10 volumes of "The Bible and its Story" hidden. I un-hid them. None are in the hidden list now. When I view all resources in my desktop list I get volumes #2 - #10 but no #1. When I go to my phone I have it in the list and it opens fine.
How do I get it to show up in the list on the desktop?

Tried that but it came back saying no new updates. Also have closed and re-opened 3 - 4 times just incase it might need to sync more.

When I click on a story from the front page of Logos, that links to an image in one of these volumes it opens the volume. Can someone provide a link to an image in volume 1 and I can see if it forces the volume to show up for me or maybe I get an error?
Not really a pressing issue and I will be out for most of the day now but thought I would ask. Thanks

The files you sent do not include the log files we need. We specifically need the logos.log file, but may need other log files in that directory as well.

Sorry I am not finding anything at the Windows link you provided that helps. Have tried reading many of the titles and their pages but little help.
Not able to find any folders with logs files other than the ones I sent.
I will just re-hide the ones I do see though I am not sure how I will get #1 off the phone.

Found it. Not sure why https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem takes me to a table of contents https://www.logos.com/support/windows from which I have to find the link for Report a Problem under Advanced and then click it to go to the page. Anyway the log is on its way. Thanks

I'm sorry for the difficulty. It looks like the url got messed up in my post. I'm glad you were able to get it figured out.
The log file indicates that it recognized that three resources (including the one you are missing) were out of date, but for some reason it didn't start downloading the updates.
Can you send us the following file: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\3aa3utk3.4z4\UpdateManager\Updates.db
Then move that file to the desktop (or some other temporary location). Then start the application and use the "update resources" command again. If this works, then you can delete the Updates.db file.
