Index subsections in videos please

Video content is multiplying in FL offerings and a lot of it is instructional. For longer segments, it is important to be able to access specific sub-topics within the videos if they are to be used regularly as reference. 

For instance, let's say there is a video that teaches the Greek Aorist, it would be good to have index points with a legend for First Aorist and Second Aorist and any other major subdivisions.

This will make video content much more interesting to work with. The other advantage there would be to this is that these sub-sections could be found in a media search.
