I was reading Mo Proctor's blog earlier and got some ideas from it. (The post I reference is here- https://blog.logos.com/2015/06/create-about-the-author-page-for-your-logos-resources/ ).
I'm assuming author names are all tagged. Given that, why would it not be possible (because it would certainly be helpful) to attach a note to the author's name and have that note show up in any resource where the name appears. One could then insert whatever author information one wished, in the note.
In addition, allowing community notes to be made visible on author names might be even more helpful, as it would crowd-source the research on authors (standard discernment applies, of course).
Add tags and you are nearly there (wherever that might be).
Just an idea. Not sure if it deserves to be tagged as a 'SUGGESTION'.
