I have seen the command to delete the resources but not working for me. I did unfollow the group.
Type "Delete unlicensed resources" in the command box. This worked for Beta 4 and I am not sure if works yet for the stable release.
I believe this command was released in the current beta cycle. An RC was released today. This command does work as long as you unsubscribe from the FL group.
When I type in the command it just wants to do a search. I unsubscribed from the group prior to this.
The fact that it tries to do a search meanings one of two things:
I would assume the latter. You need to wait for the current beta to go gold.
What version of Logos SW are you running?
You need 6.4 for this to work
Im running the following version:
6.3 SR-26.3.0.0074
Looks like I just need to wait until 6.4 releases. Thanks everyone
Looks like I just need to wait until 6.4 releases.
There is a strong chance that 6.4 will be released on Monday.
Updated to 6.4 and performed the command "delete unlicensed resources" see the message preparing library after executing command but quickly disappears and nothing happens, still have the resources. I verified I have left the group. Wondering if we have to wait until the trial is over end of month.
You have to drop out of the Logos Cloud group in Faithlife and run the delete command. Once it has completed, you need to restart logos to see the difference in you library
Dropped out last week and verified it before my last post. I have also restarted after running command and see no difference, resources still there and hard drive still has same space.
We'd probably need to see a logos.log file (see http://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging ) which will show what is deleted and what not.
I don't know why the command did not work. Do you subscribe to Logos Now? Is it possible those are the resources? I assume when you say the resources are still there, you mean that you can see them (showing as Temporary) in your library.
Hope this works, new to this so not sure if I did it correct or grabbed the correct file.
8484.cef.log
Here is another file created around the same time after I enabled logging.
4571.Logos.log
Found where I ran the command in the log files, not sure what its showing.

Hi Brad
Just speculating here - in Tools-> Program Settings do you have Downloads set to just happen between 2 and 5am?
If so I wonder if the same setting is being used here as well?
Graham
Hi Graham, I went in and changed the time to now and it started indexing, will update you all when complete to see if they delete. Thanks
Not working unfortunately, guess we will wait and see.
Looking at your log it looks to me like the command was executed and ran as expected. How many temporary resources are you seeing in your library?
I figured it out. I tagged all the resources when cloud downloaded and about a week later upgraded to a higher package, some of the resources in the upgrade were part of cloud so I still had those with the cloud tag. Duh!
Glad you got it figured out
