All my collections are included yet I had specifically excluded most of them in Beta 5.
Weird. Unless I missed something only the ones I left selected from beta 5 show up (which is how I read that line in the wiki). I've since deselected more of those (where the default is closes enough to what I'd like to see) and sure enough they disappear, too.
I think synchronisation affects the selection. One collection was duplicated after I had deselected it and I deleted the xxxx(2) version. The remaining version had the tick! This collection (All but bibles) is regularly duplicated by the sync process, so i anticipate some inconsistency with the tagging.

I am getting that as well. It happens to be the first collection in my list (All/Every Series). I had a lot of duplication going on some time ago but that was fixed. Maybe someone needs to look back into the syncing.

Is this still happening in Beta 9?
Beta 10 is much better as I only got one collection with incorrect PRA and that was a duplicate.
