In the search box I want to type a word beginning with the letter ח (chet ... chesed)). I thought that I have to use the j-key or x-key, but the result is jod (if I use the j-key) or just x (if I use the j-key). Can you help me, please.

Ok, hopefully someone from the Windows world will chime in. My guess is that you probably have more than one Hebrew keyboard available and are using the "wrong" one.
