Visual filters not turning off

Howdy, why is it when I turn off a visual filter that it is not turning off? I saw someone else post on it but did not see any way to resolve the problem posted? Any suggestions? Thanks Nathan

    Can you provide some more specific details - ideally with screenshots (upload using the paperclip icon)?
