How do I cancel an order?

I have searched and cannot find how to cancel an order. Can someone please help?

Do you mean a prepub order?
If so you can go to the prepub orders page, find the order and press Delete on the right of the screen

When you first log on you are on Logos.com
Or after you have been reading the forum click on Logos.com at the top of the screenClick on your user name on the top right of the Logos.com screen
Click on Orders and select Open Pre-pubs or Community pricingReview the list. You will find Edit and Delete buttons on the right

I mean an order that you have already paid for. I had a pre pub go through that I want to return and get my money back. How do I do that?

You can send an email to CS with order number and they will refund it- I use this method they always respond and take care of it.

Logos has a 30 day return policy. As Whyndell said all you have to do is contact customer service. I have only done this once and it was quick, easy.

The easiest way is just to chat with a rep and have them process the refund. If you go to Logos.com and go to any product area for example click on a "Base package" you will see the chat bubble on the right hand side appear. Click on that and chat with a rep.
