Suggestions: The Anglican Way: A Guidebook & The Harpooner: A Devotional Guide for Advent

The Anglican Way: A Guidebook by Thomas McKenzie (Colony Catherine, 2014)
It is being used as a study guide for confirmation class at a friend's church (the church where Bruce Waltke currently attends!). Here's more about the book on the author's website.
I had never heard of the publisher before, and it appears that this and one other book by McKenzie are the only works they publish, so it might be hard to get their stuff into Logos, but they do have Kindle versions, so it's not impossible.
The other book by McKenzie also looks worth getting in Logos:
The Harpooner: A Devotional Guide for Advent (Colony Catherine, 2013)
When I saw its title and cover image, I totally recognized the stance of a harpooner as a metaphor Eugene Peterson uses to describe how the contemplative pastor approaches life: rested, quiet, poised, and waiting. Sure enough, McKenzie cites Peterson as his inspiration in the Introduction.
