Slow or freeze on search

Haven't had much trouble with Logos in the past, however, this week, it has got some kind of bug. When I type in a search or any kind, it either freezes or is s-l-o-w. Example, Just did a test search for John 1, it took about 15 minutes to pull up. I tried a basic search for everything on "America" freezes.

Using a Dell 64bit, Intel(R) core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHZ.

Though I have searched the forums for ideas, I'm not seeing anything on this, any suggestions would be welcome.

The link provided is for Logos 5, I'm on 6. I truly appreciate your help, However not being a power user myself, I was hoping to find different options for this very expensive software.

However not being a power user myself, I was hoping to find different options for this very expensive software.

If you want help, you will need to provide logs. If you are having car trouble, you are going to have to explain the problem and the mechanic is likely going to have to look under the hood. Likewise, you will need to explain the issue clearly, provide appropriate details, and allow others to "look under the hood." Providing logs is a way for other power users to "look under the hood" and help diagnose your problem.

If you don't feel comfortable providing logs, you will need to call customer service.
