Excluding Collections from Other Collections

I was at the North American Christian Convention this week, and took a Logos training course with Nate Mace. It was very helpful.
He taught me about creating collections. However, I have a question that I didn't have the chance to ask Nate. When creating a collection, and using some of the example collections on the Logos blog, how do you exclude another collection? I have figured out how to exclude individual resources, but how to you drag and drop another collection to the exclusion area?Allow me to explain more fully. On this page (https://wiki.logos.com/Example_Collections), Logos has created the rules for several collections. Scroll down to the second entry for Bible Background. It has items in both the Manually Included and Manually Excluded items. But these are collections, and not individual resources in the library. I would like to know how to include and exclude these collections from the Bible Background collection. Including or excluding a single item is simple... it's drag and drop. But how do you do this with a collection? Any help would be appreciated.

Same: drag&drop. You open the "open" dialog, select the collection you want to drag but keep the mouse button pressed and move it to the plus or minus area.

Another alternative is right-clicking a collection in the drop-down and selecting include/exclude.
