That may be something you want to contact customer service about

We're troubleshooting this right now, and having a hard time recreating the steps to get to what you're showing us here.  Would you mind sharing with us the specific steps you went through in maintaining your subscription over the past week?

    We're seeing:

1 - You subscribed to Logos Now on 5/27/15

2 - You "stopped auto-renew" on 6/26/15, effectively canceling the subscription prior to the 6/27 renewal date

3 - On 6/29 it appears you elected to "start auto-renew" on this same subscription.  (we're curious if you really did this and how, since it should have been an inactive subscription at this point)

4 - On 6/29 it appears that you started a new an separate subscription to the Logos Now product (we want to validate you did this as well)

    Thanks,

Yes, I cancelled the first subscription before it auto-renewed last week. Today, wanting to see what was new in 6.4, I went to subscriptions and clicked to renew the subscription that had expired (it was listed as both "active" and "inactive" at the same time). When I renewed, nothing happened. So, I attempted to cancel it and start a subscription. Now I have two subscriptions. Any way to get rid of the first one?
