Lonnie, it is an Interactive. Open the Tools menu and look to the far right. At the bottom of the short list of Interactives click on the All Interactive Resources link. That will show you all the Interactives you have a license for in your Library. The use of them is pretty intuitive.

Not sure if this will answer your question, but here goes: Under Tools click All Interactive Resources. Before and After:Biblical Sites should be first. Choose an image (anyone you want to see). After the image opens, click on the image and hold down your left mouse button. While holding down your left mouse button, move your mouse left to right to see the before and after.
