Crash, Will not open

First, you haven't described what is going on. I am not sure what you mean by "crash," but your logs aren't recent and not what we need.
Have you updated to 6.4? If you are genuinely having a crash, you will need to enable and post logs per the instructions in my signature line. If you are simply having troubles opening the app, it may be due to an issue with 6.4. If so, try opening the app via the applications folder rather than the dock.

Thanks for the info. I opened Logos from the Application folder, rather than the dock, and it worked. Previously it would not even open the sign in window. Much appreciated.

something very similar happens to me, but when a try to open it from the applications folder it didn`t open anyway0

Launching the program off the dock will not work for me either. It just hangs up. The word Logos appears in the top left corner, but nothing else. The program appears to be working, but nothing comes up on the screen.
However, I was able to successfully open the program by going to the app folder and clicking on the program from there.
Not sure what's going on.

Welcome to the forums Matthew. I assume that you are on a Mac. If so, can you close it, create a shortcut to replace the old one (if Logos does not do it automaticaly) and then use it to Launch the software and let us know the results?

As has been stated elsewhere, a change took place between 6.2, 6.3 and now 6.4. The technical details are unimportant to most of us, but it will require creating a new dock icon. Simply delete the old one and create a new one by right clicking on the icon when running from the applications folder.
