Split Screen Capability

I operate multiple screens and though I do utilize the layout feature to its max, there is nothing like having the extra viewing space to read from. Is there any research being done in order to utilize a tab feature that allows for split screen capabilities?

    I just realized that i could right click any open tab, and float the tab seperately and then move that to the second monitor. I altered the layout view to allow for more tabs and now I am using two monitors with ease.
