The Current Software Update is not working

I just downloaded LBS update and my Logos is experiencing a problem. I've Windows 7 and the Message is "Logos Bible Software has stopped working. Windows is collecting . . . " I restarted my Windows and tried to run it through Administrative Permission, But the problem is not solved. Similar problem?

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem

The crash may be in the home page. Try holding down the Ctrl key at startup to force the application to open to a blank layout. If that works, you may be able to use Logos 6 as long as you don't open the home page.

My home screen is blank after an update was recommended, but crashed.  something was not installed.

If Logos-x64.msi is in the ..\Installers\ folder, double click to update Logos. Else manually update from this link.
