series of problems in L6

1. can't copy and past into word processor or email, when I click copy it does not even show up in Clipboard viewer. for example, i can't copy and paste simple verses, can't copy and paste word puzzles for this weekend sermon, etc.

2. not every Bible has the same menu available, for example my ESV has interlinear buttons, when right clicked allows language tools search, but NIV and NKJV does not allow.

3. Factbook - does not work, I've tired to search for "Jesus" and 0 search results are found

4. maps or images can not be found, had them before

4. can't find automatic sentence diagraming tool that should be available either in tools or right click, etc.

HELP PLEASE

p.s. my program was purchased long time ago when Scholar was an option, it has allowed me to upgrade with no problems before, but have had onsets issues with L6, does Logos no longer recognizes Scholar bundle?

Not every Bible has the interlinear function. More help will arrive soon. That's what happens on these forums.

To help those that will help you please explain how you are tiring to copy.

It also might help if you tell if you are on PC or MAC

Also do you have a current base package or did you just do the free upgrade

Are you using Ctrl/Cmd-C or is this in the Copy Bible Verses tool?

can't copy and paste word puzzles

Is this using right-click copy on the Word Puzzle or something else?

David's question about base packages is important? What base package(s) do you have?

For NIV, which edition and are you looking in Old or New Testament?

Sentence Diagrams are available in the Document menu

As per David's earlier question have you taken the free upgrades or paid for base package / cross grade options.

Which Scholar's option did you have?

All the resources in your Scholar's Library should still be functional in Logos 6.

New features, such as Factbook, require the data from Biblical People/Places/Things (introduced in Logos 4 base packages), Biblical Events & Referents (introduced in Logos 5 base packages), and Notable People (introduced in Logos 6 base packages). If you have never purchased a Logos 4, 5, or 6 base package or crossgrade, you won't have the datasets required for Factbook to work. (Similarly, Atlas, Bible Sense Lexicon, Timeline and other Logos 6 features that require datasets will not be usable without a Logos 6 upgrade or crossgrade.)
