Hi everybody,

Slightly off-topic, but getting Logos has inspired me to actually start learning biblical Greek. I know Logos offers some resources to help in this area, but I am also interested in actually taking accredited online classes. Does anybody know of a decent accredited college that offers biblical Greek online classes at a reasonable price? I am a college student that wouldn't mind adding some Greek on the side to beef up my study.

Thanks in advance, and God bless you!

Logos/Faithlife has connections with Knox Seminary Online ( https://www.knoxseminary.edu/knox-online/ ) which offers it's students Greek and Hebrew courses for cerdit and even a Certificate in Biblical Languages in conjunction with BibleMesh

You may take Greek courses each for 3 credit hours for 525.00 USD or take Greek without credit for 199 USD.

I have taken Greek online at an accredited college and it is not easy because of the limitations of interacting over the internet. If I had to do it over again I would have taken it through a local Christian college. I don't know where you live and if that is an option for you, but learning a foreign language is difficult enough without putting an extra burden on yourself. Just my opinion.

I'm a student with Knox Online and I took the Greek I through BibleMesh. I thought it was great. You do need to put in the work but the way they have created the interactive learning it is possible to learn the material and learn it well.

If you use BibleMesh you have a year to complete the program. If you go through Knox you have 16 weeks to do it.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Basically, I am finishing up an undergraduate degree in December and hoping to continue some form of schooling afterwards. This gives me some options. I appreciate your help!

    Greek I

    Greek II

    Greek Exegesis

Liberty University through iTunes offers numerous Greek courses including an Exegesis course in Galatians- videos included. There may be others as well, check it out all are free- quality may vary.

I typed in "biblical language" found numerous Greek and Hebrew courses- one from Concordia just as an example "Elementary Greek by James Voelz" - I initially clicked on "Basics of Biblical Hebrew" under collections, when it opened up I found at the bottom of the page numerous other courses offered all with videos. Try it - may help.
