Is there a way to determine in what way a resource was updated?

Hi,

I search the forums, but was not able to quickly find a similar question. My Logos updates over 300 resources last night. Some of them were brand-new resources while others were resources I already owned. So first of, I am unable to determine from the list when a resources is NEW and when a resource is simply UPDATED.

Also, is there a way to determine in what way a resource is updated?

Typos corrected? Missing parts added? Links corrected? Page numbers added?
