After several hours of Verbum running I read the forums re: SR-1 but it did not update ... probably because I was still set to beta ... but this isn't a smooth process anymore.
I experience myself that the formerly smooth update process has been disrupted and I needed to manually install the 6.4 betas (as a number of other users as well). However, regarding the SR I don't see a bug but a "works as intended": as I understand it, the SR as update exists only on the stable channel, for the beta channel the latest RC (which happens to be 6.4 stable) is the latest update existing.
To get the SR you would just need to switch channel to stable, this invokes an Update Now run and should see the SR and start to download it if your system is configured for automatic download. At least that's how I understand it works as intended (not for me: I got the "no update available" lie).
I did switch to stable and run update now which did not detect the update. A couple of hours later, after purchasing a resource, the update was finally detected.
