Indexing stuck
Logos 6 has been indexing for the last day or two, but is just stuck on 1%. Is there a quick fix for this please?

I indexed for eternity(+/-) over the last 2 days, but eventually did did stop.

Ensure logging is enabled and restart the computer. upload logs if problem continues.

I'm afraid I'm still on 1%. Logs attached!

The problem appears to be with the Bible Index (the smaller of the two indexes). Delete the folder /Users/phil/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/2k36fpx5.gjh/BibleIndex and restart Logos.
Just make sure your drive has at least 25 GB free space as well.

Thank you very much - indexing appears to be moving along now. Just for future reference, is there any harm in trying this fix again if the same problem reoccurs? Or should I still post on the forums?

Definitely post new logs as the problem might occur with the larger Library Index and the logs will state exactly which is at fault.

I agree with Dave. Remember: a similar symptom does NOT mean the "same" problem!
