How to cross reference NT Greek and LXX

I hope there is simple solution, and that I'm just not getting it for some reason.

When I do a study of a NT Greek word, I'd like to be able to easily see all the Septuagint uses of that word as well (and vice versa). And I'd like it to show an English translation alongside in all cases, as a link to a page full of Greek is not that helpful for me.

Additionally, I'd like to be able to search for an English word in both an LXX and a NT translation, see the underlying lemma and MSS in both, with linking to lexicons, dictionaries, etc.

What resources do I need to accomplish this? If this has been asked and answered, please post a link for me as I couldn't find anything when I searched this forum.

Hi Ken - and welcome to the forums

Using the Bible Word Study Guide would be a good place to start

In the example below I am running a BWS against σωτηρία and the top translation ring gives you information about usage in the NT, while the lower one gives information about usage in the LXX

Clicking on any of the segments expands it to show where the word is translated in that way

If you scroll down to the bottom of the BWS you have the opportunity to run searches against the different texts

Here I have run a search against the LXX and added in an English version to the search results to get the translation

Here I would use an interlinear for the LXX and an English translation with reverse-interlinear capability. In the example below I am doing an "inline search" for "salvation" in each of them

You can control what is shown in the inline interlinear as below:

You can get access to lexicons etc from the right-click menu

i too am looking for the same information. Unfortunately, your answer does not get us there. I don’t want to search for English words to see where else it is found in the Bible. I (like the original post) am looking to cross reference a word from the New Testament and find the best Hebrew word they would have used. It seems that using the Septuagint there should be a way to do this. I don’t want English as the middleman on this search.
