Psalms Explorer wont open.

As you can see below it is opening on my system

Please provide some more details:

what version of Logos 6?
whether running on Windows or Mac?
whether this have ever worked or if something has changed?
any error messages?

Not running on my system. Running Logos 6 Gold on Windows. First time I've ever encountered this problem. No error messages, just blank. I've tried to read the instructions for sending in my log files but its all Greek to me, pun intended.
