Unusable with VMware 7 beta

Hi.

I'm also using the VMware beta, and have some serious draw/redraw issues which I believe are problems in VMware rather than Libronix. I'm wondering if the Logos guys can please tell me what I can & should say in the VMware discussions to help them diagnose the issue. Libronix 3 works fine under the same version, so I assume v4 is using compositing or something along those lines.

Phil / Bob / Bradley, would you please help? I _really_ want to have a better go at giving feedback than I've managed so far!

Have you seen recent posts in this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/983/8463.aspx#8463 for things to try that may help to improve performance?

Also, since you have the VMware 7 beta installed, you might also try reverting back to an earlier VMware display adapter.

Just a quick post for anyone else having the same problem:

Power off your VM.
In the VM menu, select "Settings"
Select the "Display Device" in the dialog that appears.
Turn off the "Accelerate 3D Graphics (DirectX 9.0c)" option.

You'll then be able to use Logos 4.
