EDIT: I see you created a duplicate thread with the same issue that Alabama responded to. He asked a question and provided a suggestion. Are you still having this problem? If you are, please follow the instructions for enabling and uploading diagnostic logging. I would suggest letting this threads die, and communicate via the other thread you created.
Have you tried the instructions on this link yet? Many have been having this problem, and these simple instructions have been helpful.
