Indexing Error AGAIN

Indexing error, notifying Microsoft....  Why does in index again, and why does it index while I'm in 3 and not 4?  If I were in 4 it would have meant a crash...

    Can you attach the Logos4.log and Logos4Indexer.log next time?  They're found in Documents\Libronix DLS Logs.  Be sure to copy or attach the files before reopening the program after a crash. Thank you.
